There will be a candy cane sale on Monday, Dec. 16 to go along with our candy cane outfits! Candy canes will be sold for .25 cents and will support our MacNeill SRC.
Just a reminder about our Christmas Concert next Tuesday. Please review the green update note sent home Monday (which is also the previous post on our blog) and the green "Who" note. The notes describe our plan for the day and how we are to dress. Please remember to be on time but not earlier than 6:00 p.m. as the doors will be locked until then. I will care for the students before and during the Christmas Concert. You may pick your child up as soon as the concert is over.
You will be able to take pictures at the concert and I will be sure to step out of the way before they perform so you can get a group picture. Feel free to e-mail me any photos that you wish to share on the blog!:) I would love to see them!
The SRC has announced that they will be having two more special days on Thursday and Friday. The week is as follows:
Monday - Candy Cane Day (wear an outfit inspired by candy canes and purchase a candy cane for .25 cents)
Tuesday - Christmas Concert/"Who" outfits (refer to green note for description of "Who" outfit).
Wednesday - Formal/Sparkle Day (wear formal/sparkly clothing, hair, makeup, shoes, etc.)
Thursday - Christmas Cozy (comfortable Christmas clothing such as pajamas, or other comfortable clothing).
Friday - Red/White/Green Day (wear a combination of these colours to get in the holiday spirit, holiday hats are welcome!!)

I hope everyone enjoyed the gingerbread cookies that we decorated today! I sent them home in a Ziploc bag since we all had enough sugar, thanks to the Cupcake Sale!! Thanks to all who supported the Cheer Team, the sale was a huge success!
